MissionReviewProposal

Add an issue when you have a mission or (optionally) when you start working on one. Create the issue under Projects, Mission Review, named after your mission

If ready to review, move to Ready to Review (do we insist on an HTML modlist at this point?)

Have someone (potentially yourself) review it and move it into Needs Work or Approved (review it by setting up a server profile, and testing the mission on the server)

Move to AAR after the mission, and comment on any process issues. Close the issue when any process issues are addressed.
