Fixed up several issues. Moved assassin for easier targeting of the HVT. Made new subobjective to regroup at Everon MilBase. Added additional SLA forces to Corazol West. Fixed (hopefully) intel decryption addaction (variable that triggers this step was not publicly broadcasting I think)
